Kids Cookbook

Andrew loves the book Fast Food and for Christmas we received a Cooking with Kids cookbook and Andrew loves it. He is always wanting me to cook something in it. So one night I finally let him cook dinner and we made an Octopus seaweed dish. Not the most nutritious meal but the easiest to make with a 5 yr old.

The boys like to play with their Big Big Big Loader we got them for Christmas. It stays together for a few hours then the boys somehow end up destroying it. Then we get it out again the next week.

Christmas Eve & New Year's

We had a great time in our new home this Christmas. We had a nice Christmas Eve dinner with friends and the kids reenacted the nativity scene while Dustin read from Luke. We exchanged white elephant gifts and read Twas the Night Before Christmas. We even tracked Santa on his sleigh on Google earth.



For New Year's we headed to SLC. There we met with Dustin's family. We stayed at his sister's house and mainly eat and played games and just hung out. We did sneak off to a matinee to see National Treasure 2 (very good and non stop action) and ate at the traditional Rodizio's (Brazilian grill).
